1. Tell us the symptoms. A noise, a smell, a light, a feeling in the pedal: you don't need to know the cause. Describing what changed is enough.
2. We diagnose. Scan tools, a road test and a hands-on inspection get us to the actual problem, not the first thing that looks worn.
3. You approve the quote. We explain what's wrong, what it costs, and what can safely wait. No work starts without your go-ahead.

My check-engine light is on. Can I keep driving?
If the light is steady, book a diagnostic soon. The problem is usually minor but shouldn't be ignored. If it's flashing, pull over and call us: a flashing check-engine light often means a misfire that can damage your catalytic converter within minutes.
